Who Built This Site

My name is Louis Aller. I live and work in this community — I own land here, I run an electrical contracting business here, and I'm investing in Lipscomb because I believe it has been overlooked for too long. I'm not a government agency or a nonprofit organization. I'm a neighbor who is starting businesses, hiring people from this community, and working to bring things here that should have been here a long time ago. This website is a place to stay informed about what's being built and why.

The Vision

The vision for Lipscomb is simple: a real town again. That means fixing the blighted and abandoned buildings that have been sitting empty for years, and replacing them with something useful — stores, services, places where people can grab a meal, get a haircut, or pick up groceries without driving twenty minutes. It means building things at a human scale, where the sidewalk works and a business is close enough to walk to. Mixed-use, mixed-income, built for the people who actually live here. Not a subdivision. Not a strip mall. A neighborhood that functions like a neighborhood.
